Cannot start phone after applying SuperSU from TWRP

After trying to install SuperSU (ZIP file) from TWRP, my phone won’t boot. The problem now is that I can’t restore to stock factory image as Sony doesn’t provide this.

I have also tried to restore my phone through Sony Bridge for Mac, but getting a error message stating:

I was stupid of me not having backup of /system, but I would be very grateful if someone could make a copy of /system and upload this.
