So let me explain bit briefly , I was trying to flash custom rom ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/a310…lones-t3253779 ) from twrp v2.4.4, I wiped cache , wiped dalvik cache , then system and after that formatted data, and after these things I tried to flash custom rom (which i found in above mentioned link) but I failed and got Status 7 error, so i thought of restoring my stock rom (I had backed up it thankfully) and using the same twrp i restored and it finished restoring, after restoring it even gave me a restore successful note, and in the next screen it showed me
"Fix Superuser permission?
Root permission appears to be lost.
Fix Root permission now ?
(Fixes permissions on su binary & app) "
and it gave me option "Do Not Fix" and "Swipe to Fix Root"

I accidentally swiped (selected Fix Root), it did something and rebooted and it is stuck with boot screen (My boot screen logo is coming ) and I left it for 15 mins , still it didnt boot up , I removed battery and inserted battery again and held power button + volume up button and I am able to enter recovery… please let me know how to make my device boot into stock rom and also on how to check if my device is rooted now (asking this because I had swiped fix root as I mentioned above )
