differences twrp 2.8.5.0 and twrp 3.0.2.0?

I would like to know the differences between twrp 2.8.5.0 and 3.0.2.0 im running 2.8.5.0 if i want to use 3.0.2.0 t will have to flash with odin and that is?
i dont know if there are a twrp 3.0.2.0 .zip to flash thru recovery?
