TWRP : Failed to mount ‘/data’ (No such device)

Hi everybody,
(sorry for my bad english).

I use Cyanogenmod 13 since a week (the latest release), with TWRP 3.0.2-0 recovery. I also had plug an old extern SD Card. And after all, I encrypt my phone.

But yesterday, I had an error when I launch some apps (Files Explorer, Music, Photo Gallery …).
=> java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
I think it’s because the extern SD Card is broken.

I don’t find how to fix it, so I reinstall Cyanogen (in TWRP, I wipe some folders and install cm13-xxxxxxjagnm.zip). But when I turn on the phone, I have always the same error.
After that, i try to ‘Format Data’ in TWRP (to removes encryption). But now, I can’t mount /data or /storage folder. I also don’t know how to transfer the Cyanogen image to the phones (before, i can drag files from my PC when i was in recovery).
Now, I ask your help because I don’t know what to do.

My phones is the LG G3s (Beat D722). I have a Dual Boot Linux/Windows.

Thank you.
