What would really help me is a list of actions I can take to wipe "more than TWRP allows".
Take my device closer to the state it left the factory in.
Format everything I can and start anew.
Get in there deep.
It doesn’t have to be a step-by-step guide (not saying I wouldn’t appreciate it), but I would like a general idea of my options (and bricking risks).

After switching from android 5 ROMs to Marshmallow ROMs on my Lenovo K3 Note everything was fine. Until one day, suddenly, a weird problem appeared. You really don’t need to read this, but here it is if you’re bored http://forum.xda-developers.com/k3-n…quick-t3399845 . TL;DR: quick setting/notification pull down menu stopped working on home screen on ANY 6.0 ROM
Posted this problem on several forums and got no useful feedback. So it’s time for a nuclear option.
My reasoning is:
- 6.0 ROMS used to work perfect
- 6.0 ROMS get problems
- After formatting data problem still exists with other 6.0 ROMS
- Therefore the problem must lie in data not formatted under TWRP.
Any other explanation?
