Stuck in recovery after failed update via TWRP

Hello,
yesterday I bought a used oneplus one.

It was showing me a notification that I can do the incremental update 12.1-yog4pas2ql. So I tried it. But after the restart it booted into TWRP (2.8.5.1) recovery.

Then I tried to flash the update (cm-bacon-7be76f9310-to-49d90510ef-signed.zip) with TWRP. But, as I now know, I haven’t set in developer options the option not to update the recovery.

The result is that at startup it now boots automatically into to stock cyanogen recovery. When I try to "apply update" I don’t see my cm-bacon-7be76f9310-to-49d90510ef-signed.zip in the folder. I only can find a cm-12.1.zip which seems to be from the previous owner.

When I select "Reboot to bootloader" it shows "fastboot mode" and is stuck in that screen. I can’t do anything but to turn it off.

I have rooted a Moto G before and I know I can do it when I know what to do. I’m completely unsure: should I select "factory reset" in the stock cyanogen recovery? I just need a starting point. I don’t need TWRP anyway, maybe it’s best to get rid of it?
