Here is latest version of TWRP recovery with material theme for European version of Desire 820 with Qualcomm processor and single sim (htc_a51ul) .

Unlock Your bootloader on htcdev
Untar attached file.
Reboot into bootloader by pressing POWER+VOLUME_UP until display come black, than don’t let POWER button but immediately press&hold VOLUME_DOWN until You see HBOOT mode.
When have BLUE signed HBOOT press POWER button once.
That will will change HBOOT into FASTBOOT
Open terminal on Your PC
