unable to go Into TWRP recovery mode

I have D855(Singapore) running on Kitkat 10n( I think its a custom rom since it has no option of software update check). Now I tried to install TWRP recovery through flashify. but when I am Rebooting into recovery its showing some 4 lines of messages like fastboot mode ,port change instead of going into recovery mode. Please help me how to install TWRP on my device to flash MM rom. Also While I am flashing a kdz I am getting error at 2%.
