[help] Device suppoted twrp

I was wondering if there was a way to change either
The phones name (jfltetmo) to jfltexx in a simple way (i can do it by flashing roms but that cause me to flash one rom to install another.

Or

Change the roms supported device list to add jfltetmo

Dose anyone know of any way to do this?
