boot loop after twrp flash

unlocked the boot loader than flashed twrp 2.8.7.1 when i rebooted the phone it’s stuck on the first screen for a while than it switch to htc one screen and it’s stuck there after…. i can boot into recovery and all. not sure what to do now help would be appreciated.
