I flashed one plus one and by mistake erased all data in twrp

I flashed one plus one and by mistake erased all data in twrp now i don’t have any ROM in internal storage to flash
my phone is not booting,
i am not able to go to the fastboot mode
but i am able to boot into twrp recovery mode what to do
