Wiped my Nexus 5 with TWRP and won´t get to the start screen

I wanted to wipe my LG Nexus 5 before i could install Cyanogenmod 13, and get Marshmallow ( i was in android 5.1 ).The thing is I went to the TWRP recovery mode, then wipe>advanced wipe>dalvik cache,data, internal storage,cache and then I swipe to wipe. When this process finished i went on reboot>system and it began rebooting. The Google logo came and the little color bubbles showed up. But then IT DIDNT SHOW THE START PAGE. You can still power it off and go to TWRP, but nothing more. Also, my windows pc only recognizes it as ‘something’ but can’t do anything with it.

Have I bricked my device? Or… is there a solution?
