I tried many time but unable to install cwm.
no error found while installing but when try to boot in recovery its booting in system
so i tried TWRP

TWRP working with no issue.
Bootloader : Unlocked
CM Version : 12.1-YOG4PAS3JM
Update Cyanogen recovery : off
Device is rooted via TWRP
