to flash put the zip in whatever folder your adb.exe is in
boot into download mode
then in adb
type:

fastboot flash zip M9_3.39.531.7_NoWipe_TWRP3001.zipmore then likely you will get an hboot error. thats okay after the reboot type the exact same command again.
