[HELP]Prestigio wize 3111 can’t boot into CWM or TWRP from fastboot

HI!
Can anyone help with this? ADB works, i can boot into bootloader, "fastboot oem unlock" says it’s already unlocked. If i use fastboot boot recovery.img:
downloading ‘boot.img’…
OKAY [ 0.494s]
booting…

And nothing happens.
