I just spent 12 hours fighting with my phone and found no helpful posts for my issue.
So I am leaving this to help anyone in the future, frantically googling for a fix.
If you’re having the following issues with the S5, specifically installing Omega Rom (v18)
Go into TWRP – Mount – and tick the System box.
Solved the issue.
Hopefully this help someone!
