How do I get UMS on a Stock T-Mobile Note 4 TW Firmware with TWRP 2.8.7.0 and SuperSu 2.64?
After many attempts and trial and error, using http://forum.xda-developers.com/note…setup-t3272388 I got there as to what my title says. However, I do not know how to get UMS. That is the question here.
Now, the final goal and issue to solve is that my four year old inadvertently deleted all my pictures (I know, I should have them backed up like I do with the Mac at home with four copies of all the family pictures, 
) . Now I think that if I get my Note 4 to be recognizable as a regular USB in my Mac or PC, I should be able to recover most if not all the files in the DCIM since I have not written nor used the phone since then. My original thought was/is that getting root access I should be able to get UMS, but have not succeeded.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated !!!
