I rooted my "HTC desire 820 dual sim" after that i tried to take backup from the TWRP recovery mode while backup in progress, screen went off and I pressed Vol Up+Vol down + power button to get out of the recovery mode. But instead of coming out of the recovery, it again went into it and since then i am neither able to go into fastboot mode nor into the system. I tried using adb reboot and adb reboot bootloader but every time it went into the recovery.
Please help me out on this

Bootloop on TWRP
I have a big problem with my TF700t. I have looking similar topics and answers for my problem but didn’t find.
Around month ago I wanted to flash new ROM and then in TWRP I ve got "Unable to mount cache". I tryied to make format data but it didn’t help. But now I can not event get into bootloader. My device is starting from bootloop on TWRP. I am not even able to turn it off. It is recognized in computer, but I can not connect by adb.
Can You have any idea what I could do to fix it ?
Thank You in advance
TWRP doesnt recognize USB-OTG
Cause of the minimal storage of 32 GB, I cant store backups on internal storage, without possibilty of expansion with USB-OTG, it´s useless. May be one of the cracks could find a solution for this issue. Many thanks in advance!!!
Can’t access to TWRP anymore
so here is my configuration:
-latest TWRP (3.0.2) with F2S support
-bootloader unlocked
-the N6 is rooted
-ROM: AICP MM
2 days ago I tried to reboot to recovery to flash a more recent version of my AICP ROM. I just had the time to see the TWRP boot logo and then the phone rebooted to load the system. I can’t access anymore to my recovery. I tried to rename the twrp directory on the internal SD but it does not change anything.
I reflashed TWRP with ADB and fastboot, but it didn’t resolve the problem.
The only change I made recently was to flash a new radio to try to improve my connectivity.
I flashed 5.34 with the new bootloader in fastboot. Then I tried 5.32 without changing the bootloader and finally the 5.36 with the latest bootloader. So I don’t know when the problem occured but now my phone even reboots randomly !
So if anyone has a solution you’re welcome !
[GUIDE] HOW TO FIX PRIVATE MODE WHEN RESTORING TWRP BACKUPS N5/S7 Edge -> TEKHDway!
Well… sometimes when you restore a TWRP Backup…
and try to enable/activate Private Mode… You get this error… "Failed to enable Private Mode"
Your only option at this point is probably a full clean ROM Installation… (or wipe entire data/cache) and start all over again…
So… instead of starting all over again (or throwing your phone)
You can do this:
BEFORE YOU CONTINUE!!! ALL YOUR PRIVATE MODE DATA WILL BE LOST!!!
USE THIS METHOD IF YOU WANT TO AVOID A CLEAN INSTALLATION…
1. Navigate to /data/system/ and search for:
– personalpattern.key
– personalfingerprintpassword.key
– personalpin.key
…and delete them all… (you might not have all 3 files, that’s ok)
2. Navigate to /data/system/users/ and search for:
– privatemode_edk_1000
…delete it….
3. Reboot… & Done…. Private Mode is now fully operational.
Good Luck!

Endless bootloop [CM13 TWRP F2FS]
I have a D802 with CM13 spiced with blastagator’s TWRP.
The cache and data partitions are(was) F2FS.
Unfortunately after the last full battery discharge, the phone is bootlooping, even if I start the twrp or disconnect the battery etc.
Jump back to the original firmware in download mode is not a problem, but all the data will be lost on the internalSD.
Update:
A device turning up when the TWRP logo is on the screen:
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 18d1:4ee2 Google Inc. Nexus 4 (debug)
The shell is alive for 10-15 secs, but after the phone restarts.
I was unable to push the twrp, maybe the time was not enough.
cant attach dmesg,

Updating TWRP via recovery: which partition to flash?
I’m on TWRP 2.x and want to update to 3.x via flashing the latest TWRP image from within recovery, using the instructions given in the TWRP site.
In recovery, I hit install –> images… –> choose .img file, and then I’m asked which partition to flash?
Now, according to TWRP website, I have to choose "recovery" partition, but there is no "recovery" partition to chose, since I’m only presented one option: "kernel" partition.
My question is:
Q.- Must I choose that kernel partition and flash the twrp.img there? I’m afraid of doing it without being sure I’m not going to brick the phone.
Thank you in advance for a reply.

Now I wanted to restore the backup, so I copied the Backup files back on my SD-Card. As soon as I start the restoring, TWRP says "Cannot restore Modem — mounted read only" .
